Let them struggle up and then just immediately headshot them again. Side note: while hostile survivors are struggling to stand back up after being downed, they are briefly invulnerable to head shots. You shouldn’t be getting shot at all, but it happens. You have a small grace period after being downed by the headshot, before you can be shot again. Stock up on bloated grenades, flashbangs/smoke if you know how to use them, and health kits - these can bring you back from the brink repeatedly. The gas grenades are INCREDIBLY effective, and the RTK ratio is still great (resource to kill - an important consideration for all engagements in nightmare).ī) come prepared.
